In 2020, our customers collectively analyzed 2675 feet and 240 hands

Medical imaging software for 3D foot & ankle analysis
Across the 2675 feet analyzed, the average processing time time taken to generate a 3D model and bone alignment analytics was:
3 min 15 seconds
+/-  1 min 11 secs (standard deviation)

Medical imaging software for 3D hand & wrist analysis
Across the 240 hands analyzed, the average time time taken to generate a 3D model and bone alignment analytics was:
1 min 58 seconds
+/- 40 secs (standard deviation)

The Problem

  • Medical imaging data from CT, CBCT and WBCT takes hours to segment
  • Finding clinically relevant landmarks in three-dimensions is hard - it depends on experience and can be subjective
  • Analyzing 3D anatomical data with 2D methods is inefficient - it removes at least half a dimension and at most 1 dimension
  • Large scale studies that advance medical knowledge and clinical practice are out of reach

The Solution - Bonelogic 2.0

  • Semi-automated segmentation - click once on each bone and the software does the rest
  • 3D landmarks and reference points are defined mathematically
  • 3D medical data is analyzed in three-dimensions with 3D bones axes, angles and distances
  • Large scale 3D orthopaedic studies are now possible

For orthopaedic characterization of 3D anatomies

Bonelogic 2.0 is currently regulated for use in two anatomical regions.

Foot & Ankle
Hand & Wrist

Key Features

1. Simplified Workflows
Go from DICOM  to fully analyzed 3D anatomical models in less than 5 minutes
Automated workflow for medical imaging software that goes from DICOM to results in 5 minutes

Instructional Videos
Instructions For Use
2. PACS Compatibility
For safe storage of patient data and easy sharing between clinical departments

Bonelogic 2.0 can be fully integrated into your existing PACS as a sender and receiver, so that you can:

1) Send patient data directly into Bonelogic 2.0
2) Export the DICOM encapsulated PDF report of the 3D anatomical analysis directly to PACS - meaning no more worries about relinking metadata

3. A regulated medical device
In the European Union, Disior's Bonelogic 2.0 is regulated and CE marked as a Class II b medical imaging software tool for orthopaedic characterization of 3D anatomies and surgical planning.
The software conforms to the European Union Directive on medical devices (93/42/EEC) and five international standards covering risk managment, clinical practice and software life-cycle processes. Full details are provided in the conformance statement.
In the United States of America, Bonelogic 2.0 is marketed as Bonelogic. As of February 5th 2021, Bonelogic has received 510(k) clearance as a class II medical imaging software for treatment planning in the field of orthopedics (foot & ankle and hand & wrist) from the United States Food and Drug Administration.
